This rigorous approach eliminates the risk of shoddy, rushed work-so you get molds that perform reliably for mass production, right from the start.
We Deliver Physical Samples Within One Week – No More Worrying About Unmet Expectations.
Once the mold is finalized, we'll produce samples in seven days. We don't just create a "showpiece," though: first, we conduct a series of tests-such as strength evaluations and smooth, burr-free surface checks-to ensure the sample meets real-world usage requirements.
Customization process
We break down the complex customization process into 6 clear steps. This lets you participate in every step and stay in control of every stage-from idea proposal to final goods receipt-so you can easily achieve the result of "getting exactly what you want."
1. In-Depth Requirement Communication
Following our discussion, a Requirements Confirmation Checklist will be created, which details your specifications-including material preferences, size requirements, and visual style. We will only proceed to the next phase once both parties have confirmed all details are accurate, thus preventing rework caused by misunderstandings.
2. A draft design delivered within 24 hours
ou can mark revisions directly on the draft, and we will provide a revised version with feedback within 12 hours. This process will continue until you approve the design. There's no need to wait days for a draft, enabling you to turn your ideas into detailed drawings promptly.
3. Precision mold production, completed in 7–10 days
High-precision CNC machining equipment is used throughout the entire process, ensuring mold accuracy is controlled within 0.05mm. We also conduct three mold trial tests, and will share the results of each stage with you. This allows you to track the mold production progress and quality clearly, eliminating concerns about whether the mold meets standards.
4. Sample production takes 7 days
You can get the sample in person and conduct a series of tests. If you need to adjust the details, we will optimize it for you free of charge until you are satisfied.
5. Confirmation of order details
Once the sample is approved, we will issue an Order Confirmation Form, which specifies product specifications, quantity, production cycle, delivery date, and cost breakdowns. You can review each item, and we will only start mass production after you sign and return the form to confirm your approval.
6. Mass Production & Shipping
After order confirmation, we will begin the efficient mass production phase and implement strict quality inspections to ensure every product matches the sample quality. We will also present you with two shipping options for your selection.
