Shuntong Environmental Protection understands that in the international B2B trade of eco-friendly disposable tableware, stable production capacity, strict regulatory compliance, and a consistent yield rate are the core factors in earning our clients' trust. We have established a closed-loop management system from self-owned raw material forestry bases to final packaging. Through our internationally standardized production lines, we provide packaging solutions that offer competitive value and are highly cost-effective.
Shuntong Mudanjiang Manufacturing Base
Dedicated Birch Wood Production Line
Our manufacturing base in Mudanjiang operates on a "dedicated facility" model, focusing exclusively on the production of high-quality birch wood tableware. This single-material production line completely eliminates the risk of cross-contamination and ensures the material potential of birch wood is fully maximized.
Self-Owned Latvian Forestry Base & High-Temperature Steaming
We utilize 100% FSC-certified premium birch wood harvested directly from our self-owned forestry base in Latvia, completely eliminating reliance on third-party procurement and ensuring long-term material stability. We have established a rigorous data system, fully compliant with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) supply chain traceability requirements. Upon entering the facility, raw logs undergo temperature-controlled steaming to soften the wood fibers, remove bark, and complete initial physical sterilization.
Rotary Cutting & Precision Die-Cutting
The steamed logs are processed into standard veneers of uniform thickness. High-precision molds are used to precisely die-cut the shapes of knives, forks, and spoons (custom shapes are supported). The semi-finished products are then dried at high temperatures to remove excess moisture and undergo further sterilization.
Initial Polishing & High-Pressure Molding
An initial polishing stage removes any rough edges or burrs. We exclusively utilize 40-ton heavy-duty automated hot-pressing equipment for molding, granting the tableware perfect curvature and superior breaking strength. After molding, the products pass directly through a UV disinfection tunnel and undergo secondary drying to ensure food-grade hygiene standards.
Secondary Polishing & Automated Sorting
Products are polished a second time to guarantee an absolutely smooth surface. They then enter a CCD optical automated sorting line, where algorithms instantly identify and remove defective pieces with cracks or color variations. Qualified products are automatically distributed by grade to ensure quality consistency.
Brand Customization & Eco-Friendly Packaging
We offer flexible OEM/ODM customization services. Client logos can be applied to the tableware using safe hot-stamping technology. The products then enter a fully automated packaging line supporting various eco-friendly options, such as custom paper boxes and bags, ensuring a zero-human-contact packaging process.
Strict Quality Control & Final Inspection
We strictly operate under the BRC Grade B quality management system. Our independent laboratory conducts precise testing on microbial indicators and moisture content for every batch. Building upon the automated screening, professional QC inspectors conduct a final manual random inspection according to AQL standards before sealing, safeguarding our high yield rate.
Disposable Bamboo Tableware
100% Physical Processing & Mildew Prevention
For our bamboo tableware, we strictly control the raw material age and physical dehydration process to guarantee natural safety and stability during long-haul shipping and end-user application.
Raw Material Selection & Cutting
We strictly select 3-to-5-year-old moso bamboo from deep mountainous regions. Bamboo at this growth stage achieves the optimal balance of fiber density and flexibility, mitigating the risk of insect damage and cracking at the source. Upon arrival, the bamboo is precisely cut into standard product lengths .
Splitting & Layering
Precision splitting machines cut the bamboo tubes into strips of equal width. The green outer skin and the inner yellow layer are mechanically removed, retaining only the dense, pure bamboo core. This is a critical step to ensure the tableware surface is absolutely smooth and odorless.
High-Temperature Steaming & Physical Mildew Prevention
We absolutely reject chemical preservatives. Instead, we use boiling water with food-grade additives for high-temperature steaming. This process thoroughly sterilizes the material and deeply extracts internal sugars and starches, cutting off the nutrient source for mold to achieve long-term physical mildew resistance. For clients requiring a vintage aesthetic, the bamboo can be processed in a high-pressure carbonization pot for high-temperature fuming.
High-Pressure Die-Cutting
After moisture adjustment and softening, the bamboo strips possess excellent flexibility. They are directly die-cut into standard forms (blanks) for spoons, forks, and knives using precision molds under heavy-duty pressing equipment.
Temperature-Controlled Drying & Ultra-Fine Polishing
The blanks are sent to a constant-temperature drying room to achieve a moisture content within the optimal range of 8%-12%, ensuring they will not absorb moisture during transoceanic shipping. Subsequently, they are placed in large rotary drums with fine abrasives for prolonged physical friction polishing, completely removing burrs and giving the product a premium finish.
Laser Engraving & Sorting
Based on B2B client customization requirements, we use high-precision laser equipment to engrave brand logos on the handles. This is paired with strict manual screening to eliminate any defective pieces with cracks, dark spots, or burrs.
Sterilization & Dust-Free Packaging
Finished products enter a dust-free workshop for final UV radiation disinfection. We support shrink-wrapping or individual paper box packaging in specifications of 50 or 100 pieces per pack, affixed with FSC certification traceability labels.
Sugarcane Bagasse Packaging Containers
PFAS-Free Molding & Dense Physical Structure
Our sugarcane bagasse production line focuses on the high-value conversion of agricultural waste. Through rigorous material mixing and precision mold temperature control, we provide oil- and water-resistant, high-performance food packaging.
Pulping & Preparation
Dried, high-quality sugarcane bagasse boards are fed into a hydro-pulper and vigorously mixed to reduce them to a pure fiber suspension. During this phase, food-grade oil and water resistance additives (strictly PFAS-Free formulations) are integrated to ensure the containers can safely hold hot soup (up to 100°C) and hot oil (up to 120°C). Pulp concentration is precisely controlled at 1%-2% to guarantee absolute uniformity during molding.
Vacuum Forming
Custom mesh molds are immersed in the pulp vat. High-power vacuum pumps draw the plant fibers, making them adhere evenly and densely to the mold surface to form a wet blank, while simultaneously completing the initial highly efficient dewatering process.
Hot-Press Molding & Drying
This is the core quality control stage that determines product hardness and surface finish. The wet blanks are transferred to metal hot-press molds and pressed under high temperatures (180°C to 220°C) and high pressure for 40 to 80 seconds. Moisture evaporates instantly, and the fibers form tight physical cross-links, ensuring the finished product is highly rigid and resistant to deformation.
Precision Trimming & Waste Recycling
Precision punch presses trim the edges of the newly molded products to remove excess flashing. The clean offcuts are directly fed back into the pulping system, achieving a 100% closed-loop material utilization rate.
Deep Disinfection & Dust-Free Packaging
Products undergo double sterilization using UV lamps or ozone treatment. Our QC team strictly inspects for impurities, dark spots, and minor deformations. Qualified products are immediately sealed and packaged to prevent any secondary contamination.
International-Grade Quality Assurance (BRC Grade B Standard)
Shuntong never compromises on quality control. Whether it is birch wood, bamboo, or bagasse products, every batch must pass rigorous testing in Shuntong's independent laboratory before leaving the facility.
Microbiological Safety Testing
The laboratory is equipped with professional cultivation equipment to comprehensively screen for E. coli, Salmonella, mold, and total plate count, ensuring every piece of tableware is absolutely safe for food contact.
Strict Moisture Content Control
Moisture content is the critical factor in preventing mildew during maritime transport for wood and bamboo products. We conduct moisture sampling at various production nodes to guarantee the physical stability of the products.
AQL Sampling Inspection Standard
Building on our fully automated sorting systems, we utilize a team of experienced quality inspection experts. Before final carton sealing, they conduct a manual random inspection strictly adhering to the internationally recognized AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards, ensuring our yield rate consistently remains at the pinnacle of the industry.
