We do. All of our birch is sourced from FSC-certified, sustainably managed forests with full Chain of Custody traceability. In accordance with EUDR guidelines, we provide exact geolocation data and complete due diligence statements.

Yes. Every shipment comes with full quality documentation covering every stage of production: IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC inspection reports, plus a formal Certificate of Analysis (COA). We also accommodate third-party inspections commissioned directly by you at any point in the production cycle.

Yes, our entire product line is 100% biodegradable. Wooden and bamboo items naturally degrade within 45 to 120 days. Our sugarcane (bagasse) products are fully compliant with the EN13432 composting standard and leave zero microplastic residue.

Our minimum order quantities (MOQs) are structured as follows based on customization requirements:

Standard packaging: 300 cartons

Custom logo printing: 1x20' FCL (Full Container Load)

Custom shapes or dimensions: 1x40' FCL

For all custom printing requirements, the MOQ is 50,000 pieces.

For new partners, we are flexible and allow mixing different items in one shipment, provided it meets the full container load (FCL) requirement.

Yes, we provide complimentary samples for prospective clients; you are only responsible for the shipping fees. To support your business, this shipping cost will be fully credited towards your initial bulk order.

Our standard payment terms are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): a 30% deposit upon order confirmation, and the 70% balance due prior to shipment (or against the copy of the Bill of Lading).

Depending on the material, we offer four primary logo application methods: laser engraving, silk-screen printing, hot stamping (gold/silver foil), and UV printing. To ensure the highest quality results, please submit your artwork in vector format (AI, EPS, or PDF).

A standard ODM project timeline-from initial concept to final sample confirmation-takes approximately 30 to 45 days.

Preparation takes 1 to 3 days for stock items and 7 to 10 days for custom samples. We dispatch globally via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, with an estimated transit time of 5 to 7 business days.

We have meticulously optimized all outer carton dimensions to maximize container space utilization, effectively lowering your unit freight costs. Reference metric: For our standard 160 mm disposable wooden cutlery (packed 100 pcs/bag, 50 bags/carton), a 40' container holds approximately 2,000 cartons.

We offer flexible Incoterms, primarily FOB (Shanghai or Ningbo) and CIF. We maintain strategic partnerships with major shipping lines-including Maersk, MSC, and COSCO-to guarantee reliable shipping schedules.

Ocean freight typically takes 30 to 40 days to Europe, 20 to 30 days to North America, and 20 to 25 days to the Middle East. Air freight generally takes 7 to 15 days.
