1. Raw material selection and pretreatment
High-quality bamboo materials must meet the characteristics of a growth cycle of 4-5 years, moderate diameter, and uniform texture. Usually, moso bamboo or green bamboo is selected. The raw materials must be washed with high-pressure water to remove the surface mud and sand, and the moisture content must be reduced to below 12% by natural drying or temperature-controlled drying after cutting.
2. Mechanical forming processing
Use CNC cutting equipment to process bamboo materials into blanks, and adjust tool parameters according to product specifications. Common processes include longitudinal sectioning, transverse truncation, and end chamfering to ensure that the size error of the blank is less than ±0.3mm.

3. Surface finishing process
Gradually eliminate processing traces through a three-level sanding system (80 mesh → 240 mesh → 400 mesh), and the polishing wheel speed must be controlled within 2800r/min. The finished product treated with UV light-cured coating should meet the food-grade surface smoothness standard.

4. Quality inspection and packaging specifications
The finished products must be manually sorted and optically screened to eliminate products with cracks, insect eyes or size deviations. The moisture content must be retested before packaging (≤10%), and the weight tolerance of each standard package (10 pairs) must not exceed ±2g.

V. Warehousing and logistics management
The finished product warehouse must maintain a relative humidity of 45%-55%, and moisture-proof pallets must be used for stacking. Severe vibrations should be avoided during transportation to ensure that the intact rate of the product is not less than 99.7% when it arrives at the terminal.
