Since toothpicks are relatively small and have a certain degree of hardness, they are mostly made of wood, bamboo and plastic. Bamboo is the most frequently used in daily life. There are also toothpicks made of pure wood. These toothpicks are strictly sterilized at high temperature before they are sold. However, from an environmental perspective, toothpicks are a waste of resources, just like disposable chopsticks.
